great, if money isn't an issue
Definitely not a bad place to live. It's clean, quiet, staff is pretty nice, and maintenance is (relatively) quick. I do wish there was a bit more in terms of security; anybody can get into the buildings, and the apartment doors only have the single lock. It's always seemed like a pretty safe place though. Not a whole lot in terms of amenities. Never used the pool myself, but it's pretty small. The dog park is almost comically tiny. Only two washers and dryers per building, which are often out of order. Biggest issue is the price, but that goes for most Kent apartments. Wouldn't recommend using the laundry here, since it's expensive and the washers/dryers don't work great, so you often will have to run your clothes through multiple times, which is even more expensive. Overall, if you have money to kill, this is a pretty nice place to live.
Great Place!
Love living here. My roommates and I have lived here for over a year now and it has not caused any problems. The property manager, Kate, is great! Always responds to my emails immediately if we have an issue (which almost never happens). Parking is great and is a walk away from campus. Neighbors are quiet and polite during late hours. Would recommend any student who wants to live close to campus and have their own place!

could be better on maintenence fast track and also warmer pool.Biggest issues for me is central air is not these apartments.Also air conditinong and heating is VERY uneven.
