No free parking and Loud
I'm a new resident this semester and it is very annoying that there is no free visitor parking as I have to pick anyone up who wants to visit due to them towing 24/7 and the fee being $160 to retrieve a towed car. Like we are college students give us a break its a college apartment complex. Also, I can hear everything my upstairs neighbors do and sometimes it sounds like they are going to fall into my apartment. That makes sleeping and doing schoolwork difficult.
Eagles Landing: Good Place, Good People
I have lived here for 1 and a half under my current lease, but i had stayed prior for two years. Eagles is the most affordable apartment in the area, with the best square footage per room.The rooms are spacious and the living room space is also massive as well. Only criticism is the kitchen space is too small at times, specifically the oven. But considering the price and location (near where i work) thats the only complaint i have. I intend to stay here until my degree is done.
Good price and location, don't expect anything more
The main selling point is that the bedrooms are big, there is tons of closet space. However, there is no parking by my building ever since there are a billion parking spaces for maintenance. Whenever there is a noise complaint there is nothing done by the property manager. Maintenance does fix things pretty fast. The water is constantly shut off however, with little notice most of the time. But I will say that the value and the location (being within 10 minutes of walking to campus) is a HUGE plus.
Cheap and convenient
Lived here for a semester, with minimal issues and when they arise they are quickly handled by matinence.

I have only lived at Eagles Landing in Kent OH for a short while but while I have been here I have noticed many things to like about the complex. The best things about eagles landing apartments is the location close to campus, the helpful employees, and the affordable rent for a college student.
