Very Loud

Because of location, there's a lot of outside noise. The apartment is also very old and the subfloor needs to be replaced so therefore you hear everything upstairs and downstairs. Maintenance is a little slow. There's mold in our ceiling that hasn't been addressed.

Not good

Honestly I have hated living here, theres holes in the walls they tried to hide. Lights stop working, one of my blinds literally came out of the wall because they just reuse screw holes and when you ask for them to be repaired they say sure but nobody comes. Cold water isnt a thing here, it is room temp at best. I tell everyone i know to avoid this place and more generally avoid AZ Management. I am moving out as soon as possible and it will be the best day of the year.
