Affordable and spacious, if a little old and noisy

The location it great. The neighborhood is walkable, with two grocery stores and a dozen restaurants, as well as various stores all within a walking distance (all under 15 min, many under 5). The apartment is relatively affordable. The maintenance staff is extremely responsive and has fixed any issues I have had within 24 hours at most. The not great: the building is old and is clearly sinking into the ground, as evidenced by sloped floors and ceilings. All doors look crooked. The floorboards creak. The walls and windows are not at all soundproof, so if anything is going on next door or outside it is hard to sleep.

Great service!!! I am living here, now and I can't say not one bad thing about this place. I've been here for 3 years, and I haven had any incidents or complaints about the management or the Maintenace team as well.
