Alcoholic's Paradise.

This is an alcoholic college student's paradise. The place gets trashed all the time, there isn't enough room for trash and recycling, the halls are stained with every liquid imaginable, and the parties are obscene. The fire alarms are tripped all the time, the exit signs are constantly destroyed, the clubhouse is always trashed, and the stair wells have not been cleaned a single time during my residence.

Great apartment, awesome staff and great location but the noise is unbearable with people out partying every night of the week until 2am, I have to sleep with ear plugs in otherwise I'll be woken up every night.

VP3 Survey

Parking garage is always in very good shape, but the trash could be taken out more often. (always overflowing) Maintenance is probably doing their job, but it is hard to keep up with the amount of destruction others residents are causing. The exit signs are always destroyed and third floor staircase B (I believe) has a broken wooden chair shoved through the wall. I understand this is not maintenance's fault, but maybe putting up cameras wouldn't be a bad idea because it is a nice complex, but it makes the value of the apartment look worse. When people see things like that, they will think is this apartment really worth that much a month? But like I said before I think maintenance is doing their job to a point, but I don't know if we have a single exit sign that is actually in tact.
