I have lived here for about 5 years and I have never had any issues being here. The staff is prompt to reply to requests and they take the utmost care of the facilities. You won't find a better place to live.

The management team is very impersonal and all about the finances, not about the resident. Materials used in the apartments/townhomes is either bought through dent-and-scratch, or subpar (yellow oozes out of the paint that is used and drips down the cream-colored walls in the bathrooms from the steam/shower - and I was told this is from the paint, not former smoke, etc.). You have to wipe the walls regularly so it does not look like someone peed all over them. A "new" sink was installed in my unit, but it was scratched. When I brought this up, I was told, "It does not impede the functionality of it, so it is fine". I cannot even tell you how many times our door handle has been fixed because it falls off, or does not latch fully, so we have to keep it locked at all times or it will open up. They "upgraded" the tennis courts to include other activity options, but kept it closed and locked for nearly 2 years, completely inaccessible to the tenants who pay for "amenities". They filled the hot tub with cement. And, be prepared for your rent to increase $75-$95 each renewal, at least...despite the lack of some amenities and services.

This is our first year here. We have not lived in an apartment since we were first married 60 years ago. We were a bit concerned because of the size of this place. It is very quite and the people are very friendly. I would recommend it to anyone who was thinking about living here.
