As a pet-friendly community, we proudly allow cats and dogs here at The Village at Avon Apartments. Now your pet can relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home. PET POLICY: Dogs and cats, including puppies and kittens under 1 year old are welcome at our community. All pet residents must have their health check and shots, and be spayed or neutered by 6 months of age. A signed animal addendum is required to be on file at our leasing office. Pets Welcome Upon Approval. Breed restrictions apply. Limit of 2 pets per home. Non-refundable pet fee is $399 per pet. Monthly pet rent of $45 will be charged per pet. We also welcome your domestic pet if it is a bird or fish with written approval from our on-site management team. No reptiles or exotic animals, please. Fish tanks are not to exceed 55 gallons. If the animal is a service animal for a disabled person, pet fees are not necessary, and breed restrictions do not apply. A signed Letter Regarding Support Animals from a qualified professional verifying the need for the service animal along with proof of current rabies shots and licenses is required. Breed restrictions: We will accept all breeds of dogs except the following, or any combination of mixed breed that contain any of the following. Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull Terriers, American Pit Bull Terriers, American or Irish Staffordshire Terriers, Bull Terriers, Pit Bulls, American Bull Dogs, Pit Bull Bordeaux, Fila Brasileiro, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, and Wolf Dog Hybrids. What others love about this property:
Nice residential area.
It is quiet and the neighborhood is full of good people. The gym is well equipped and in the summer you can enjoy the pool. Maintenance is quick to respond and comfortable.
Quiet place to live
We do not use any of the amenities, and are still charged a fee. There is a charge to pay the water bill, which is extra to paying your rent, even though they go together. The appliances are old. Maintenance staff responds quickly to any issue. Office management is courteous.
Quaint and peaceful
I have lived in this community for going on 2 years and have experienced supreme Resident services and experiences on multiple levels with the leasing staff including both Josh and Frank. The units offer connection with your community but quiet and privacy in the same regard. This is the best complex that we have resided in and coming from someone that has had 12 apartments over the past 12 years due to the ever rising cost of inflation, that means a great deal.
