When we moved in to the complex, we had some issues with the unit that we were placed in. The office staff worked diligently to assist and accommodate us with our needs and we were able to get our situation handled swiftly and without issues. Shawn and Jessica were amazing!

Very clean units with easy parking, great access to all places you'd want to go in and around Cleveland. The person that approves the maintenance is holding back what would make this place great. A lot of equipment is cheap or installed incorrectly and she will not authorize proper repairs.
