My partner and I have been leaving here for 2 months and have found it verify comfortable. The apartment is huge for the price! And with all-in utilities it really isn’t that bad considering the base price is already well below the median property value in the Capital Region. The maintenance guy is a very nice person and has an answer to any question we’ve asked him so far. He has done a great job all around! The only thing I would say is that the Property Manager does not do a good job responding to our questions as we are relatively new renters and had some concerns while moving. I understand that she is busy and life gets in the way of work, but it does not take long to send out a message to all of your residents saying that you will be unavailable and she couldn’t even do that :( Also, our downstairs neighbors do NOT respect the quiet hours and will have loud music blaring at 11:00 whenever they have people over which usually happens once a week. Other than that, we absolutely love the space and the Troy area. It’s what ultimately keeps us living here. Thank you!

This residence is quiet which i like. I like that the utilities and cable are included. The building is kept clean. Repairs r. Made explicitly. Iam not happy with the rental increasre of $65. That is the highest increase that I ever have been charged. I may have to consider moving next year if the same increase is charged.

Living here is overall quite nice. The all-in-living simplifies living expenses so hou inly have tompay one bill for everything. The AC and Washer/dyer could be better, but overall the space and amenities are good.

The maintenance saff are professional. Repars are completed quickly. The building is kept clean. I love that all the utilitys are paid at a flat rate including cable. The tennets are frendly and helpful. The only problen is the portal which i find diffult to use.
