The Valley Green

Maintenance always responds timely, although the actual help they give can be slacking. The water pressure in the shower is great, but sometimes the water is not hot. Also I am confused as to why my rent is more expensive than my friends even though we both live in the same 1 bedroom complex in the 2nd building. My neighbors aren’t very loud it’s just that sound travels very well in the building. But one thing I like is the news emails sent out to the complex and the events held (door decorating contest for Halloween) anything to bring the community together is nice. Overall I’ve made a comfortable living space for myself here and although there are flaws it’s not so bad.

Great place to live nice people everyone is respectful of everyone great vibes

I have been living at Valley Green for three months. I appreciate the location of the apartment as everything I need is relatively close to the compound and also my friendly neighbors which is a major plus.

It is nice having a brand new unit. I look forward to the months ahead.

Calm quiet and relaxing. Easy commute to school

I can hear the people below me when they play music or talk loud, I can hear the people next to me when they watch movies, and I can hear the people across from me when they sneeze. I feel like they can hear me too so it’s a constant worry. As long as everyone keeps things to a minimum we’re all good.
