Great Location, close to Jersey, quiet, friendly neighbors . Rent a cafe app can be confusing. When making payments should have a field for comments.

the overlook at Piermont

I've lived here at The Overlook for 2 years now and have nothing but good things to say. The parking is perfect and all the neighbors or tenants are super friendly. The landlord including staff are always there for you and go out of there way if need be. The grounds are always kept up beautifully and the apartments are extremely clean and include ALL the amenities. I'm feel so grateful i found this little gem and couldn't be happier.

Overlook is Great

I have one of their 1BR apartments, I’ve been here for about a year and just renewed. I can’t say enough about Nicks management of this place. And I say this with the experience of having 5 other apartments in my life. Neighbors are friendly, its in a great location with so much nearby. The superintedent lives onsite, he is very prompt and helpful. You can see that the staff here care very much about the place. I use the gym almost every day - clean with all new equipment. I have one of the 2nd Fl apartments and the high ceilings give you so much air, its super spacious and I have hardwood floors throughout - they put them in before I moved in. There are no extra fees for every small thing here, they don’t try and hit you with move-in fees or charges for every random thing like sewer, water etc. I was reccomended this place by a friend, and would absolutely reccomend it to anyone if they are looking.
