Maintenance takes too long to come over when a work order was placed, and there were ongoing issues with the leaks in the bathroom ceiling, but building staff is nice

Good location, nice apartment but I'd appreciate it if maintenance did bi-yearly/quarterly check-ups on smoke detectors (they tend to beep) or for any other issues.

Good. Its convenient but the location is not very safe

the mgmt needs to be able to respond to residents better. getting anything done by them is a hassle.

Lot of noise. Bad neighborhood. Rooms don't have locks.

I hear a lot of noise from the neighborhood going later into the night and even early into the following morning. It sometimes becomes difficult to even sleep with such high levels of noise pollution in residential areas. I would appreciate it if people do something about the noise late at night.
