Close to columbia campus and 125 subway station. Apt was whitewashed and cleaned when we moved. Have issues with bathroom and dishwater at times, and fixing things takes time.

Great area and location. But the building supervisor is not at all cooperative, takes hours to respond and does not help out for maintenance. The building is also not maintained properly, common areas are not clean.
