The walls are paper thin, and the door locks make the doors latch loudly and easily. You're at the mercy of your neighbors' politeness—which can be very limited. A reasonable management would encourage residents not to slam doors, but here, you can slam your door as loudly as you want without consequence. Management is pretty petty and seems focused on squeezing every dollar out of residents. They even charge extra just to access the rooftop—and much more if you want to use the gym. Mouse problems are left untreated. Definitely would not recommend.

The second and the first floor units get all the noise from the entryway. The noise includes very loud door slamming. To make matters worse, my unit is right beside 204B which is the loudest and most inconsiderate neighbor one can have. It feels as though you are living close to sports bar, but all the noise comes from a single person who is constantly (from the moment wakes till the moment he falls asleep) hollering and yelling on the phone. I will be forced to moving out because of this man. In fairness, in the rare moments this man is not at home, the building is rather quiet. It was maintained. The management is rather petty about fees even if they make a mistake and clearly ineffective when it comes to controlling the noise. If it weren't for this neighbor, I would probably stay longer, but it feels as I am renting a bedroom from his house, while I'm actually renting a different unit. Would NOT recommend living close to this "neighbor"
