Good value for apartments, staff not good at coordinating repairs and maintenance

I've had good experience living in this apartment, it has good space in all the rooms, the location is good in regards to having everything I need within walking distance. Close to multiple subway stations which makes getting to midtown and downtown easy.

If you’re a student at Columbia University, this is a great apartment to share. It is relatively spacious and there is a lot of light coming in the bedrooms facing the street. Negative points for the noises (due to location) and darkness in the living room and two of the bedrooms facing inwards. It’s good value for money, but don’t expect anything luxurious or amenities.

I have lived here for a few months now. the apartment is great, but I have a few complaints. When I moved here the apartment wasnt cleaned, but the apartment itself was beautiful. It was big and the kitchen is a win. I do have a neightbourh that makes a lot of noise, but other then that it is great. the location is nice as it is outside the city but still a short way where ever i want.

I've lived here for about two months now and I can say it's a great location for the price offered. Although it's an old building and walk-in, the apartment is spacious, especially the living room and most rooms. It can be a little noisy as it faces Columbus Avenue, but not a big deal at all!
