I have lived here for 2 years, this apartment is old-fashioned. Used to be luxury but now maintenance issues is common.

Great staff. Everything is kept nicely, and the apts are very nice. Location is very convenient, but there is some traffic noise because of the location.

We've been renting a 1bd apartment at Gateway Commons for the past few months. Really love the location because we are so close to the Ithaca Commons. We lucked out on having an apartment that faces the Six Mile Creek - it's a beautiful view and a nice walk along the creek in the summer/fall. The apartment is spacious and has big windows that let in a lot of natural light throughout the day, which is one of our highlights. Maintenance can be a little slow but they do a great job at addressing any issues. The only downside is that there is no parking available as part of the building, but there are multiple parking garages within walking distance. Overall, would recommend living here!
