Overpriced but not that much alternatives
I like living here. Overpriced. The new receptionist is not friendly, everyone else is okay. The coffee machine could be upgraded. Could have more services like recycling collection from apartments instead of my having to go to the basement.

Pricey but Great!
City Center is expensive, but so is Ithaca. And its a wonderful location with great staff and just a nice environment overall.

Best housing in Ithaca
Great staff and excellent amenities. I love living here and the spaces make me happy. This building is ideal for international students- you feel at home and if you don't drive you're close to everything.
