Buildings should be condemned

Black mold, water damage, broken appliances, maintenance never repairs things

Good value

When we have staff down to take care of our needs, it's great. We just don't always have staff.

Great Location

Location is amazing. I love that the falls are literally feet away. No hills in the area so its great for walking. Directly on a bus route. I love that the school is directly accross the street. Fall Haven is very convenient. I love that every building has a laubdry room, although I do feel it should be 2 washers in each, still easily accessible. Only thing I feel could make this place even greater is if the dumpster wasnt the first thing u see when pulling in. If somehow the dumpster could be moved Fall Haven would look much more appealing. Overall, I would recommend especially to a family with children.

Issues

The heaters are leaking and the neighbors upstairs are very loud other than that it's going well

Good value at great location

While the complex has housed some less than savory tenants in the last couple of years, the staff has done their best to right the situation. And that is the worst part about living here. Overall, the apartments are a good value, and they are located on the edge of Fall Creek, a desirable neighborhood near to downtown Ithaca. The staff is a little overworked (and probably underpaid), but all in all, they're a great bunch of people who do their best to keep up the apartments and keep the tenants happy. I mostly enjoy living here, and when I'm not happy with something, I feel comfortable bringing it up to my rental property manager, who does their best to resolve whatever the problem is.
