I have been here since 9/2008 and no major issues. maintenance guys always come and repair my place and well kept up. thanks!
could be better
I lived here just over one year. The location of the property is great! Lovely neighborhood and it is close to everything. However the apartment is outdated. The appliances need to be upgraded, the maintenance is very slow to respond to fix things. The amenities are a joke. The gym equipment barely works, as well as the washers and dryers. The pool is never clean and that's if there is a lifeguard on staff to even try and go swim. I expect more for all that I pay. And we are on our third property manager since I have been here.
Safe, Affordable, Quiet, Comfortable
Happy I found this small gem of an apartment complex. Easy access to all highways, but tucked away in quiet, walkable neighborhood. Staff is friendly and responsive.
