Incredible Location and Personality!

Caldwell Apartments is a beautifully located building with historic details and a very kind and attentive staff. Jennifer specifically was a dream during my process in finding this apartment! There are definitely the expected wrinkles that come with living in an older building (windows are aging, some layouts are interesting), but after living in apartments for over 12 years, it has some of the nicest bones I’ve found. And, not to mention I can see the weekly Troy farmer’s market from my window! The value for the price is also great. I’d definitely recommend this building to anyone interested in Troy.
