Donnie the property manager is great to work with. He has been helpful and does what he can to help. Parking has gotten out of control with visitors and guest. There needs to be designated parking for them so the residents who pay the high costs of living here don't have to accommodate those who don't. Speeding through the complex has gotten out of control as well. There are also residents that work for Deluxe Properties that feel they are allowed to speed through the complex, as well as repair their vehicles.
