Pets allowed. We love your pets as much as you do! We offer a community bark park and walking trails. Limit 2 pets per apartment home. Monthly pet rent for cats is $40/cat, and $60/two cats. Monthly pet rent for dogs is $50/dog, and $75/two dogs. No weight limits. Breed restrictions do apply: Rottweilers, Doberman, Akita, German Shepard, Pitbull/Staffordshire Terrior, Husky, Mastiff, Cane Corso, or any breed with aggressive, dangerous, and/or vicious tendencies or behavior. Additional restrictions may apply as determined by Management. Other types of pets may be considered with management approval. Fees and rents do not apply to service/support animals.
