Moved into building 20 years ago, building was well kept and maintained. Lately, building has gone down with minimal maintenance for hallways and lobby. Tenants (or their visitor's) dropping trash and containers with drinks in lobby and especially the elevator. Tenant's going to trash compactor dropping garbage on floor (leaving it).
