for the most part it has been a good experience. parking has gotten worst.some people wait for hours for a parking space. As far as the court yard is concerned it is at a normal level.

I have resided here for over 35 years and have seen many changes, some for the good and some not good. Some of the better things have been upgrades of the roofing and some elevators have been replaced. My building has not had the elevator replaced yet!

have lived here for forty years. the area and the tenants have changed. the area is noisy and there are double parkers on a daily basis. the mail boxes are in disrepair. cleaners try to keep up with some of the lazier tenants.there are car horns honking, fire engines, ambulances, and police sirens on a hourly basis. we have lost some of the better tenants,
