I have lived here for almost ten years and grateful everyday. The staff is so helpful and accommodating! The grounds are lovely and immaculately maintained. The location is perfect. I cannot think of one negative. Planning on at least another ten years!

I felt blessed to have been able to live at Cornerstone for the past 2 years before buying a home. The staff were responsive, friendly and truly went the extra mile to help me out. The apartments and grounds are immaculate and well kept. Ammenities include a clubhouse with fireplace, lounge, kitchenette, bathrooms or and gym available for use to all. EV stations and more than adequate parking near your place, or a garage to rent is available. Shopping is two blocks over on Wolf rd. or adjacent on Sand Creek. The units are really well insulated which I found kept sound out considerably and your AC or heat in. I will recommend this complex to all who are looking with the biggest asset being the great staff and service!

After eight years of living at the Cornerstone, I could not be happier! What a wonderful place to live! The grounds are well-kept in every season. The staff is professional and so helpful. Repair requests are attended to so promptly. It is conveniently located to great shopping and restaurants! It is just a wonderful place to call home

I have lived at Cornerstone for 1 year and it has been everything that I expected and needed. All personnel are friendly and always helpful. I had 2 minor maintenance issues that were readily answered and resolved (hair clog in tub; circuit breaker location and usage). The location for me is ideal with a grocery and drug store so close. Colonie Center shopping and Wolf Rd. being a street over is a plus also. The property has well maintained lawns, shrubs, flowers and trees. There are other amenities but for me having a washer and dryer in the apartment was a priority! I haven't been disappointed in my decision to live here and would recommend Cornerstone to all.

I have spent 8 years in my fabulous Cornerstone Apartment. Every moment has been a joy. The apartments are spacious and lovely. The staff is amazing. One phone call is all that is necessary for any issue or maintainencerequest. The grounds are well-kept and the response to any weather issue is immediate. Cannot say enough to convey how happy I am to be here.
