I cannot say enough wonderul things about Josh and Erin. They were so patient and understanding throughout the whole move in process. Josh continued to show me apartments until i felt comfortable calling one home! He is amazing! The building is in a great location with tons of things to do within walking distance. The rent is reasonable and the amenities are great-gym, game room, off street parking, and laundry in the units. Would reccommend to anyone looking for an apartment.

A good redburn property close to the briadway bars and walking distance to downtown. Street parking is more reliable. Rarely hear any street noise. Apartments are nice but are pricey. Our apartment has a very nice layout

This builsing has been wonderful to live in. As a first time renter, I have been thrilled with my experience so far. Parking is conveineient, the building is freshly rennovayed, ammentieis are included and resonabale. My cat is able to comfortably live with me, and my commute was shortened to 10 minutes. Not to mention the conveinece of location and food places surrounding the building! Even on weekends, noise nevee seems to be an issue. Overall, very happy

930 Broadway is a new building, and the management has dealt with growing pains well. Rent is high, but attributed to the location. Maintenance once has a great turn over, and remedy any problems in a timely manor. The noise from surrounding bars can be a problem if you are sensitive to sound.
