We've been living at 136 for 8 months (Can't believe It!) and couldn't be happier. The location is perfectly central to everything we do, whether that be work, seeing friends, going to restaurants, etc. The staff here is warm and they know every person by their first names/pets/what's going on in our lives; It makes coming home that much more special. Our apartment is perfect and we hope to stay here for a very long time.

I moved in last June and love my unit. The building staff is wonderful but understaffed. Most doormen work double shifts due to the lack of full coverage. Management is poor, previously heard years ago they were wonderful to work with. My first year rental renewal was the highest I've ever gotten - very disappointing.

Great experience living here due primarily to the staff (who are all incredible people, from the front desk people to the porters, to the handypersons), our apartment itself, and the location. Couldn't ask for a better apartment or frontline staff.

We moved in two months ago and truly couldn't be happier. We're hoping to stay in our apartment for many years. The doormen and building staff have become like family and we love entering our building each time and being greeted by the best!

The existing door man are efficient and knowledgeable , however it appears the The Building has cut back on doorman at front desk. - two needed at all times needed to cover door and desk, and especially needed to sort Hundreds of Amazon and Packages delivered daily. Additionally. interior of elevators look shabby as well as plants,
