A wonderful waterfront property

The staff is congenial and accommodating. If there is a resident need, it is taken care of within hours - sometimes sooner. The property is centrally located in a nice part of Sparks and is convenient to great restaurants, shopping and entertainment. I would say the outstanding feature is the staff!

Fantastic place to live

I lived here for 5 months before I had to leave, no complaints whatsoever. Beautiful place with lots of events and really good management, shoutout to Alyssia, Thalia, and Carrie who were always courteous and helpful!

Great views @ Waterfront, but your going to pay for it!

I loved loved my view and my apartment had a brand new fresh look. The down side is........the 1 bedroom apartment is super small. The plank flooring shows everything and you can her the person above you moving (sometimes clomping) around. Walking through the halls you would think you are in a 3 star hotel not a luxury apartment building. They told me when I did my tour, that the pool is kept at 86 degrees all year round-NOT! This is just a FYI. I did like living there though.

Pretty much happy

I do love living here and having all the amenities plus being close to so many things . I have been her since June 17,2022. The 2 things i can say i am not happy with is , every so often there are homeless in the pool area . I do get concerned at times because i work out early in the am when no one is there and it is dark . I chose this place for a reason as it is a "luxury" complext and chose to pay higher price for that luxury . I think something really has to be done about this ! Also my other concern is the people above are constantly making noise, as like running and furniture moving . I was told that it is corporate housing but it is also Airbnb, as i was under impression that this complex does not allow this . Now on another note . I have to give kudos to Thalia and Alicia (leasing agents) they are so friendly and always willing to help, cant say the same for the property manager .
