Absolute Happiness!
We came from a very bad situation and area and are so happy reflections at the marina accepted us with open arms. All the staff treated us with respect and dignity and were very helpful with the process and helped us to understand what all we needed to do. They helped us without fail and accommodated for our disabilities, they were extremely patient and understanding. As far as the apt complex it is beautiful and quiet and we feel safe. They upkeep the property well and after it snowed were quick to clear it and put salt on slippery walkways. They are also already inspecting for pests and are on top of it so far. Something we value very much. The apt itself is pretty nice and they have great options for all family sizes. Maintenance seems awfully nice, professional and easy to talk to. Love the locked mail room makes us feel safer. Although our disabilities probly wont allow for us to use the exercise room it looks awesome and has a lot of equipment and is really clean and organized. Big area for kids that us gated wich seems safe. Haven't seen the parking lot full yet. Garbage areas are clean. All in all we are extremely happy to be here and look forward to being completely unpacked. We are so thankful to be here and can not beat being this close to the marina cant wait to explore that soon. Thanks Reflections at the Marina and staff! ????
Fair condituons
We have lived here for couple years now, and i have seen some things improve, but also decline. I love the location, and the staff is awesome. Maintenance could use improvement.
Parking lot
Because of health problems I would like to get a parking that is closer to the appointment
