Office personal tenell is amazing and a very helpful
Nothing luxury about this place
We have lived here, off and on, since 2007, and at one point, this place was very nice; since 2013, when we moved back, it has progressively declined. The doors do not shut correctly; the garage doors and openers are antiquated at best. The gates are closed 24/7, which makes no sense. While they should be closed at night, during the day, they should remain open for deliveries and such. The maintenance staff does not have the expertise required to make adequate repairs and continually has to return to correct the mistakes they made on their first attempt. Management and office staff change often and without notice, so there is no opportunity to build working relationships. This place sounds more like a dog kennel than anything else. Dogs bark at all hours of the day and night, and the office does nothing, no matter the number of complaints logged. We pay almost $2,000 a month for so-called luxury townhomes when they are barely on par with Home Suites or other neighboring properties.
Too Old; Too Expensive
The name says luxury townhomes, but they are far from luxury. The staff here is wonderful, but their hands are tied because the property is located in an extremely bad neighborhood; the units are almost 50 years old and are in ill repair due to their age; they are simply falling apart. The entry gates are always broken. The appliances are outdated and less than top of the line; the garage doors and their openers are antiquated and noisy, and the interior doors do not shut correctly. Never mind the cacophony of barking dogs you hear day in and day out around the complex. The staff, the size of the units, and an attached two-car garage are what has kept us here for almost a decade.
Tenant
I love living here, it’s just the gates don’t close and we have people entering and they don’t live here. The noise is unbearable at times cause the people that don’t reside here is causing problem with neighbors
Getting worse, not better!
It is sad to say, but this place has gone downhill since we first moved here in 2007. We left for a few years then returned in 2013. Since then, the rent has gone up 61.7%, but the value has steadily declined. Renovation efforts that are laughable at best, constant management changes, which have led to inconsistency and unreliability, add inconsistent and seemingly unqualified Maintainance staff. You have what we see today, which is a precipitous decline in the property. Yet, with all of that, the management company raises the rent with each renewal to keep up with the market, and we end up paying more and more for less and less. What's worse, rent will continue to increase as value continues to decrease. At one time, these were luxury townhomes; now, they are part of the gang-infested Ghetto that surrounds them. The buildings are almost 50 years old; they are outdated and in ill repair. Throwing on a fresh coat of paint and new patio enclosures does not add value or improve the quality of life here. They are seen as window dressing, nothing more, nothing less.
