It is very safe but my neighbors starting fighting loud at nighttime. I love coming home to the big grass. As long as the snow keeps getting shoveled I’m still really happy.

If you are looking to move quickly and have a headache with poor management, then move in! You are not gonna truly see how they are until you need a "big" maintenance emergency. Everything is cheap here too, they are going to "fix" things and maybe you should call two days after again, very, very poor management communication. Sprinkle water is gonna make you have a daily bath morning and night walking in the place you supposed. My family and I are here around 7 months and really are annoyed about how they can't manage this place. We have a repair situation for many things like walls and roofs with bare holes and still wait waiting more than 3 weeks! They said they are gonna call for a fix and nothing. If you are not behind them, then they "forget" you! At the office you may have to yelling for makes the lazy lady's work too! Maintenance guys seem to have very poor ability for fixing and work. The manager needs to do better I still waiting for her to send me a copy on some papers!!! 0/10 aif I can. I never recommend you move here.

Good location. Sometimes too much pet poop on sidewalks, or parking lot where pet owners do not pick it up. People drive to fast especially when you have grandkids visiting.
