I have been here for 3 years and I like the place it is very quiet, and we have had problems with it. the neighbors or those at reception. always solving problems and doubts.

Its alright living here,nice area close to alot of stores and all. Living at sierra sage there is a lot of noise that happen between neighbors and them blowing leaves or doing the grass in the mornings ,other then that its not bad. Parking is ok when people dont have a lot of guests or throw parties,sometimes there is no parking in front of the apt cause people have other people over nd take the parking spot

Been living here over ten years in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. We have had our ups and downs with the apartment but things that have improved since MG took over ERGS Properties are as follows: Maintenance is available 7 days a week, office is available 7 days a week, light fixtures outside the doors are nice now and modern, dog park installed and more staff. There really isnt any noise here except for the occassional fire department or sirens from Stead Blvd. and Silver Lake Rd. Otherwise it's quiet and the neighbors are nice. Sierra Sage is a good place to rent because of these positive notes plus they include high speed internet, basic cable, washer and dryer, oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, etc...

The extra Utility payments are a little much specially with the fact that there are a lot of vacant apartments right now in Northern Nevada that are not being rented and I'm sure the rent should be a little bit decreased to say the least in the fact that you have to pay for trash
