First month in our new place
The only thing i would complain about is the amount of dog poop that is all over the side walks ans grass. So many residents have dogs, very few people clean uo after their dogs. We have stepped in dog poop twice because it is hidden in the leaves.

Great long term home
Great property, kind staff, very neat grounds. The price paid for the amount of space is very nice. Options for move in are helpful, such as the deposit going though another company to reduce the move in costs. The only downside I see is that the parking is not conducive to small children, strollers, wagons, etc, as the entire property is pretty much only accessible via stairs.
