Save yourself the trouble and don’t live at any of MG properties apartments. They will never answer calls or emails, need access to your apartment for “inspections” but won’t give you a specific date or time so if you have animals they will have to be locked up all day for a week at a time seeming every two months. If you have to live through any construction prepare for it to be done as inconvenient and incompetently as possible. And when you move out, when your apartment is left is better condition than when you moved in expect to pay hundreds of dollars for absolutely no reason. That being said we did live here for 3 years and it was fine fore the first two before MG properties took over, fine meaning things would eventually be fixed but it would take months. At least now major issues will be addressed in a timely manner. It is a very nicely located property, that used to be very pretty with trees so it did have a small upside. MG properties also added breed restrictions and a lot of issues with ESA letters for service animals so avoid working with them at all costs is you are able to.

Concert noise from upstairs neighbors I told the staff, but apparently that’s not something that they deal with. Also, the flooring in the apartment is extremely thin and is impossible not to scratch the equivalent of a vinyl sticker.
