Was pretty decent would recommend as a place to start off then move up the new turn over is having some new adjustments

Concert noise from upstairs neighbors I told the staff, but apparently that’s not something that they deal with. Also, the flooring in the apartment is extremely thin and is impossible not to scratch the equivalent of a vinyl sticker.
