Noise from the evnts are a real issue and there's no way to mitigate it. The hallways ant foyer need better ventalation and the heating and cooling system needs to be re-instated,
As expected
The unit that I have is spacious enough and I have been comfortable for the months I've been staying there so far.
Great Place
When I wake up and look out of my window, the first thing I see are the mountains past the city, the furthest of which are often snow capped even during the summer. The staff make their best efforts to make this a great place to live, and there efforts are greatly appreciated. There is an indoor garage, so no more shoveling snow off of your car first thing in the morning during the winter months. There are great local events, a riverwalk, and grocery stores nearby.
