I HAVE BEEN LIVING HERE FOR TWO YEARS NOW, IT'S A VERY SAFE HAVEN TO LIVE HERE, COMMUNITY IS NICE AND CLEAN, NOT TOO CROWDED, STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND NO NOISE IN THE COMMUNITY. EASY ACCESS TO STORES AND SHOPS AND DINING PLACES TO CHOOSE FROM.

Amazing Apartment

From the very beginning while looking at apartments, the staff at Rise apartments has always showed me kindness and respect. They are always welcoming and truly understand the importance of community. The office staff works hard to ensure a pleasant experience and are responsive with calls and emails. The maintenance team is also amazing at ensuring to fix issues in a timely manner. I feel fortunate to have been a part of the Rise Apartments community. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

VERY SATISFACTORY

THE COMMUNITY IS NICE AND QUIET. IT FEELS SAFE AND SECURED. THE RENT IS EXPENSIVE. AMENITIES ARE GOOD. LOCATION IS EXCELLENT. I WOULD STILL WANT TO LIVE HERE AND RECOMMEND OTHERS TO STAY HERE AS WELL.

Only one assigned parking spot. The pool is small and the lounge room is locked once the office closes Maintenance is good Staff, especially Justin have been Great! The price is high considering my views will soon be blocked by a Strip Shopping Center, and XX Location: the area location is really good: 10-15 miles from the Strip and Airport
