Our pet-friendly apartment homes offer a comfortable lifestyle for you and your furry companions. Pet Policy: We welcome both cats and dogs, with a maximum of two pets per home and a weight limit of 45 lbs. Pet rent is $35.00 per pet, per month. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $350.00 for the first pet and $500.00 for the second. Just like their humans, all pets will need to submit an application and show proof of up-to-date vaccinations. While we love animals of all shapes and sizes, some breeds just aren’t the right fit for our community.
