Black Widows and Mold

Moved in on 8/1. Have a lengthier review on other sites like Google if you care to read the full explanation outlining the events with the mold renewal. Offered $500 for move out costs due to 2 positive samples for mold found in my unit, which isn't even enough for a cleaning deposit and application fee at most places.

Risking tennants on the web

Once again under the premise of "making it better for residents". Another notification of we (Liberty Square) have decided to join this for our tenants, (did not ask tenants) but the tenant MUST create a log in profile with this App! Tha5 is the 2nd time within 6 months we have to risk creating another profile putting our information out on the web just waiting for hackers. If I wanted to belong to those annoying high risk apps I would do it on my own. Stop putting tenants at risk. I know how risky it is as i work IT. So no excuse.

Love Liberty! ??????

I have been living at Liberty for a year now and just love it! The property is well kept, I love havong a garage, and the staff is great! I would highly recommend the Liberty Townhomes as an excellent place to live in North Las Vegas!
