Been living fore the 3 years the only complaint is the bums and the solicitors.

We have been here for a while over 2 years and its been a great place to be. Katherine the property manager is one who cares and is very approachable if anything is needed.

Flamingo Chateau has been one of the better places I have lived in, I never have any issues with the front office, I feel safe in my community, and the maintenance is quick. If your looking for a place to rent I would highly consider the Flamingo Chateau bc you not juts a number your a resident.
