Noisy neighbor that yells and curses all night long! Nothing has been done to address this by the leasing office. It’s really stressful not being able to sleep in your own place because a resident decides to wonder around and yell. Many residents have complained and have called the police but nothing has been done. You would think that they would want to keep their residents happy since they raise the rent every year by at least $300! Disappointed by the noise and not having any help. Parking is a bit tricky if you have any visitors, good luck trying to find a spot. I like the location and i dont mind paying a premium rate but I have to reconsider my upcoming lease because the noise is getting ridiculous and unbearable.
