Always quiet and clean

We love living here! The staff is wonderful and our apartment is so quiet. The neighborhood is safe, and our dog has even become a local celebrity. We will not be moving away anytime soon!

Quite and peacful place. Friendly neigbors and staff. Walkable to grocery store, resturants, coffee and park. Easy to get to highway but not noisy.

Overpriced Joke

Do not be fooled by the marketing or the newness of the property. It won't be long before Brownstone loses their "luxury" allure...as if they had it to begin with. Perhaps luxury in terms of price. A 50+ page lease filled with endless addendums and waivers. Communal utilities AND personal utilities - two electric bills and gas bills every month, whether you use these supposed amenities which include a gym. I won't count the clubhouse because it cost money to rent. No security, no on-site parking. One maintenance person who is sloppy at best. A lease agreement that only applies to management at their discretion (i.e. when it monetarily benefits them). Almost like it was living in an HOA except you don't own your house and don't have security or parking. Someone's only in the office for new business and to take your money or make sure it doesn't leave. One of my favorite surprises was seeing that the pull they did on my credit was a hard pull and not a soft. Never in my rental history has an apartment done a hard pull on my credit.
