I have been a resident here for almost a year and a half and I am kind of at my wits end. I have an account that is only use to pay my rent and nothing else, but somehow I am hit with late fees that the apartments can't explain. The last rep told me to "Talk with my back" as if that wasn't the first thing I did. The manager supposedly spoke with IT to see what the problem was and all I got was a letter saying I was going to get a late fee if I didn't pay it, mind you they charge you almost $40 to pay with a debit card. It seems like everything is a charge that has to do with this complex and honestly with the neighbors I am surrounded noise, fighting, nosey etc... it doesn't seem worth it.

I have lived in Domain 6 years. Recently I transferred to another apt at Domain. The manager was exceptional in meeting all my needs. Also, Niki and assistant manager were awesome.
