Maintenance staff

The best thing that happened for The Croix Townhomes was the manager Liz and Juan the maintenance man. I lived her for 7 years and noticed a great change when they arrived. I miss having my coffee in the office with the staff.

Square footage! Huge Townhomes

I came in for a tour a few weeks ago and Lizbeth showed me a two bedroom Townhome. She was so kind and made me feel so comfortable. She answered all my questions and concerns. I will definitely will be moving in. My lease is up in April of next year and they didn't have no availability that far out.

Best location in Henderson!

This was the best location! When my lease is up I will be moving back to The Croix Townhome. The staff was great. Guest parking was my only concern on the property but it was my fault I should've used my garage for my parking and not storage. Thanks again for making my stay so great.

Great location!

I just moved here from Cali and can't believe how reasonable the prices are for a large townhome. In California I would pay anywhere from $3500 - $4000 a month. I think I will be staying here for a long time. Two car garage is a bonus. The girls in the office are so friendly.
