We truly grateful to have found this amazing place! The property is always spotless, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. It’s quiet, safe, and the residents are all incredibly friendly. Whenever there’s a maintenance request, the team is quick to respond, no long waits; everything is taken care of immediately and efficiently. One of the things I appreciate most is the secure, controlled access. You won’t see people wandering around — it’s a place where you truly feel safe. As a parent of three, I go to work every day with peace of mind knowing my kids are living in a secure and comfortable environment. I especially want to highlight the outstanding service we received from Everlyn at The Croix Management. She is absolutely amazing, so patient, kind, and professional. I absolutely adore this property, it’s beautiful and well maintained. Lost my keys and maintenance was there in 15 minutes. Office staff ….Liz is such a professional and very knowledgeable about everything. Evelyn is very knowledgeable also. Overall the staff is very friendly and helpful with whatever you need! I recommend The Croix over every place in Henderson.

The best thing that happened for The Croix Townhomes was the manager Liz and Juan the maintenance man. I lived her for 7 years and noticed a great change when they arrived. I miss having my coffee in the office with the staff.

I came in for a tour a few weeks ago and Lizbeth showed me a two bedroom Townhome. She was so kind and made me feel so comfortable. She answered all my questions and concerns. I will definitely will be moving in. My lease is up in April of next year and they didn't have no availability that far out.
