Amazing Maintenance crew

The maintenance crew here at LaCroix Townhomes is AMAZING. I found a leak in my garage. I reported the leak. The maintenance team responded within TEN MINUTES and already fixed the problem! One of the best things about living here in the LaCroix community is the awesomeness of the office personnel and the maintenance crew.

My wife and I want to extend our gratitude and kudos to the maintenance team at The Croix Townhomes - especially Juan - for their timely follow through and quality of the repairs we reported as needed. We have lived here a bit more than three years and renewed for another two because the property, onsite manager, Liz, and the maintenance team are superb.

Great Management Team

It's been 3 years since we move here and the service is the best. Maintenance requests are done in a timely manner. Manager Liz and her assistant Tiffany is helpful and friendly. They take good care of their residents. We love that community events are slowly coming back. Juan the maintenance guy is knowledgeable when it comes repair.

Amazing two car garage! spacious floor plans

If you are looking for a nice, pet friendly, peaceful and upscale area where there is no trouble or crime then The Croix Townhomes is great for you. For the past 6 yrs my husband and I have been living in these townhomes and we can tell you that we have not had any trouble with the staff or other residents. Lizbeth the property manager and assistant manager Tiffany are the best. Maintenance Juan is so friendly. Until we find a house, we are looking forward to staying here for a long time.

Weight Limit Pet Fee: $325 NR 1st pet; $400 for 2nd pet. Up to 50 lbs $65; over 50 lbs $75 per pet   Breed Restrictions: No aggressive breeds are allowed on property.  This list includes, but is not limited to:  Pit Bulls German Shepherds Akitas Staffordshire Terriers Chows Alaskan Malamutes Doberman Pinschers Rottweilers Any wolf breeds And any mix of these breeds   A meet & greet with property management may be required for your pet's approval.
