I cannot recommend this community due to serious, unresolved safety concerns. I was physically assaulted by another resident who also subjected me to racial harassment and made threats against my life. During the attack, he photographed my apartment number and license plate and explicitly threatened to return to assault me again and damage my property. I called 911 immediately. Henderson Police responded and I filed an official police report — the involvement of law enforcement reflects how serious this situation was. I reported the incident and the ongoing threats to property management and expressed my concerns for my personal safety. Despite the severity of what occurred, I felt that no meaningful action was taken to address the threat or help ensure my safety. Adding to my concerns, the community has virtually no security camera coverage beyond the front gate, leaving residents with little protection and no accountability when incidents occur. As a result, I was forced to install my own surveillance cameras around my apartment at my own expense to monitor activity and document any future incidents. No resident should have to take such measures simply to feel safe in their own home. What disturbs me most is that the individual who threatened my life still has access to this community. I live in constant fear that he will return, looking over my shoulder every time I leave my apartment. A home should be a place of safety and peace of mind. This one is not. If resident safety matters to you, please think carefully before signing a lease here.
