Could be better

I've lived here for over 5 years. I wish they would have grass or artificial grass for pets, not enough guest parking, above neighbors always noisy, they give you a 7day notice on the 3rd day, always putting notices on door, needs improvement but the price is good.

Not enough access to Gym Tenants are very disrespectful putting trash on my balcony leaving cigarette wrappings & cans,bottles in front of my door gardeners blow leaves on my balcony ?? ??
