For the price of rent

This is a good place to live but the nice from neighbors is annoying and it takes maintenance forever to fix anything in the apartment and things are made cheap in the apartment everything keeps breaking.

Thumbs up for Maintenance crew

I want to give a great big shout out to our Maintenance staff at Boulder Pointe Phase ll (Boulder & Horizon) There are only 2 of them and they work so hard to keep up with Phase l and Phase ll they do a great job and they do their jobs with always having smiles on their faces, even with all the ick they have to endure. I hope they get a well-deserved raise or bonus or hopefully both. I think that corp should come and see all of what they do in a day and then I am sure they would agree with me that they deserve a raise. Lastly, hire them some help!!!!

A Place to call home

I've been here 4 years. an this property has always been immaculate in spite of the pictures of trash taken an posted by a resident that directed his anger towards management when republic services is responsible for leaving our community a mess after they made their run. Also when tenants move, they leave their furniture behind, For management to pay to have it removed off property. Ms. Betty the manager, her assistants Giselle an Alyssa an the Supervisor of maintenance Ms. Joycelyn, Made sure the negative an damaging things said about Boulder Pointe Apartments are far from the truth. When this property needed a manager an leasing agents that could keep this community safe, full an livable, Corporate sent 4 professional hard working women to do the impossible. An may I say they did it with ease. KUDOS to corporate for giving us residents the best of the best. Thank you so much Betty Alyssa Giselle for leasing to families that care about the community they live in an thank you Jocelyn for being the best maintenance Supervisor this community has had in years. A lot of us who live here appreciate all of you, thank you so much for making this a place to call Home
