Nice place for the most part some things can be improved

Nice are to live in. The apartment complex is maintained very well by maintenance crew. Leasing manager is professional, and alwsys seems to have a pleasant demeanor. My neighbors are quiet, at least on my side; but the only concerned would be big dogs in the complex wothout a leash. Im not sure why some people do that. Overall my experience had been pleasant.

The apartments are a little on the smaller side but i think that the area and pool really make up for it as well as the lack of noise.

All the trees around property are amazing at providing shade and dampening the sounds of the street, it is located pretty centrally for young adults and teens, the bus lines that run near by are main lines that you can access many others from.

Ive lived here for about two weeks now and i really love it. the staff if kind and helpful and the location in regard to getting where i need to go is amazing! i take the bus and i can easily get to where i need without having to hike all the way to an apropriate bus stop. i love all the greenery and the separation that the trees give from the street as well.
