Happy Tenant

My wife & I recently signed on for our 5th Lease here at Arabella Apts., and we love living here and the community is kept clean. Christine the Leasing Mgr. is very easy & professional to deal with and the maintenance man, Pablo does great work. And the location, cannot be beat. There are grocery stores, restaurants, bars, & casino's, a deli, banks and more, all within walking distance of your front door. We are very pleased.

Nice view in the baxk

A bit pricey for the condition of the apartments. They resurfaced the bathroom tub and sink which peels off and makes it an eye sore to guests. The pool is usually dirty with oil floating on top of the water due to poor filtation. The roof leaks even after a few attempts to repair it, it still leaks over my bed. Pretty quiet community with nice and friendly neighbors. The leasing manager is awesome and very pleasant to deal with. A new company took the property over and they are trying to fix a few things but it will take time. For the area, the rent price is adequate but like I mentioned, the apartments that I've seen are in need of some serious TLC.

Great place to Live

My wife & I have lived in Arabella Apts. close to 2 years and the living environment is great because of the neighbors are quiet and all the grounds are kept very neat including the very nice pool and the leasing manager and the maintenance man are excellent to deal with and easy to communicate with, also the location is great to walk to many restaurants & shops and the movie theater is across the street.... Come enjoy.....
