It's a good place to live, the staff is cool, some of the people who live here are just gross with how they handle they're garbage, leaving it in the chute room, laundry duty is non existent, I've had to empty washers and dryers more times then I think is necessary.

Elevators are always broken. Water is always being shut off. Aesthetic renovations are being done and the new style is quite ugly. Management constantly posting passive-aggressive notices around building chastising tenants.

Hi, There have been so many issues with the building. The elevator has been out of order for two months, and today the other elevator stopped working. We live in top floor. We had take the stairs. Management is not doing anything to fix the elevators; instead, they give excuses. This is not acceptable. When we are paying full rent, why are the facilities not taken care of? We need the monthly charges to be reduced if these facilities are not being provided to us. We will take action now because we are so done with the service.

I have been here since september 2023 and the only two downsides would be that 1. The bus stops are far 2. The elevators are old and the maintenance takes a long time.
