Basic apartment building with little amenities but a very quiet building for being in the heart of downtown. Location is amazing. The price reflects the lack of amenities and is great for what you get. Parking is lacking as there is a wait list but there is monthly parking available around the building.

Would recommend living here. Responsive property management team. Main issue is the noise from Blowers Steet due to garbage pickup

Lived here for several years now. Staff are great and location is ideal. Noiseproofing is better than most places I've lived. Hope that they can get the rooftop patio open soon, as otherwise the building doesn't come with storage, gym, individual patios, and other stuff that is increasingly common. When it's open, the rooftop patio makes up for that.

Could use more storage, noisy street, and windows aren't cleaned as often as they could be, but really very few downsides. Apartments are spacious, lobby is gorgeous, and the landlords are very responsive and friendly.
