Things are good. The laundry is sometimes a struggle.

During our time at Spring Garden Terrace, we've had a fair share of issues with pests, parking and laundry. However, that being said, Scott and Yating have always tried to make the living experience better by being on top of our maintenance requests and trying to help us with parking issues. However, there's a deeper problem with the building itself and particularly, Killam. Killam is responsible for the building, and things like the washing machines, pest control and some parking issues are the fault of Killam, not the individual landlords. Killam is a very cheap company that doesn't value their tenants' experience, but instead values their profits. I can almost 100% guarantee that if this building were owned by a different company, and still had the same landlord, this building would be great!

Doormen and woman are very nice. One resident manager is extremely rude and not helpful.

The location is great. Staff are nice. Lobby and pool are nice. However the laundry room and amenities are a joke. The machines are never working properly. The construction is extremely loud, wakes me up every morning. They turn off the water constantly with no warning. Not worth the monthly price. At this point I’m only paying for the location and the pool.

I live in the apartment, and it is silent and good. We did not have any problem with it while its location is perfect.

The place isn't bad, but very overpriced and the rent is still increasing. The management is not good, maintenance is hard to receive and every month there's a new issue. The location is great but barely worth it.
