I have lived here for several years now and I do love it. The staff are so thoughtful when interacting with residents, their attention to detail is wonderful whether it's decorating for holidays, encouraging resident engagement within the building, or promptly reaching out for maintenance. I think the only downside is the blocking of sun/views and noise with new developments, and sometimes the wait for the train to pass. The location is perfect, so close to amenities, the staff are fabulous and personable, PET FRIENDLY is a massive win, and I always feel safe in and around my home.

I find the office does not always get back to you when you call or text. It is noisy with construction. Great location and view.

Ive lived in the Killick on the Dartmouth waterfront for four years. The building is well maintained, and the location cant be beat! Finally, i have a million-dollar view!
